Fees for Landlords

Tenant finder fee

We make a charge of £325 to find a tenant for your property. This fee covers:

• Marketing of you property on all the major websites
• Conducting viewings
• Conducting interviews with prospective tenants
• Taking up employment and landlords references and running a credit check to check for CCJ’s, bankruptcy,IVA’s
• Preparing an Assured Shorthold Tenancy
• Preparing an inventory/condition report of your property on check in.
• Completing a check in and notifying all utility companies

Managed Service

We offer a management service for 9% of the monthly rental charge. The rent is paid direct to the landlords’, we are unable to collect any money on your behalf as we do not have Client Money Protection.

We will deal with all maintenance issues in the first instance. Minor repairs costing less than £100 will be carried out immediately unless we are instructed otherwise. Anything above £100 will be referred to you for instructions. We have approved workmen for most jobs or you are free to appoint your own.

We will carry out two property inspections a year.
